1 introduction

as the basic work and effective tool of enterprise quality management, the quality management team has been greatly popularized all over the world. It has achieved success not only in Japan and South Korea, but also in European and American countries. According to a survey of the Fortune 500 in the United States, 96.7% of the enterprises have quality management teams active [1]. In China, the popularity and activity effect of quality management teams are not ideal. Only 64.8% of enterprises have quality management teams active, of which only 36.2% of enterprises think their quality management teams are effective [2]. One of the main reasons is that most enterprise employees lack the enthusiasm to actively participate in the activities of the quality management team. In order to fundamentally change the poor effect of the quality management team in China, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the employees' participation and refusal to participate in the quality management team, and put forward corresponding countermeasures

2. The internal motivation of enterprise employees to participate in quality management team

quality management team is a temporary task oriented voluntary organization. The reason why it is popular all over the world is not only the needs of enterprise managers, but also its attraction to individual employees. Generally speaking, it includes the following aspects

(1) employees' need for self-development

3. Reasons why employees are unwilling to participate in quality management teams
